Whether on the industry bbs nor the media, the animation development of China is almost around the Japan or the USA .It isn¡¯t wrong to learn from the leading countries in the industry, but if always the case, it  is  disclosed to the lack of self-confidence.
Only seems to be lack of self-confidence is ok,because we are truely  behindhand. However, in recent years,our animation industry seems developing strongly,but there is no change in the essence.
It¡¯s terrible if the lack of self-confidence turns into adoration and copy without consider.They are not the only answer but  the reference material at most. For example, we don¡¯t agree with   it  that some specialists just judged whether it¡¯s allright for domestic corporations only on the basis of the situation in Japan or The USA.  We have different  culture background and different industry devolepment,and what¡¯s more ,the time is changed. It.¡¯s not reasonable to say no to other try only reconding to the expirence.  We can view that the animation of china will have its own characteristics if it devoleped. So we learn the expirence of Japan and the USA is right,but we should hold the belif that we are different from them.
At present,the three of most powerful cartoon preducing area include the USA,Japan Korea and integrant  Europe country,and they get their own characteristics. The cartoon works in the USA are full of fancy and the format is various. The animation market scale in the USA is the largest. The cartoon in Japan and Korea is more religious in scenario, and inspirational works are more than the other kind. Europe cartoon emphasizes the artistry. Our cartoon makes us despondent,whatever kind whatever image seem to be scrabbled up from popular cartoon works.Few has own characteristics.
But this does not mean that we can only learn from Japan and the USA,  we can have our own characteristics. Thinking back, for the artistic perspective, we have ¡°small tadpole  find mother", "Mudi" and so on which are using painting as its performance ;for the cultural content ,we have the "fighting in air-palace", "gourd king kong " which are full of national characteristics of China's history, these works can be considered Chinese for the first eye without conductions .  They are acclaimed both at home and abroad, and it  shows that we have the ability to make a unique charm of Chinese animation works . The problem is, why many years later, we instead cann¡¯t make such animation at the leve One important reason maybe that people pursue foreign animation works makes  the creators "follow suit" and gradually due to the lack of human characteristics and forgotten. This, in turn, strengthen their judgement that the local creative way have been "obsolete", in a very long time, busy with learning more and cann¡¯t find theirselves. Therefore, only the re-establishment of cultural self-confidence and an inclusive approach to appreciate others, without losing their character, China can find yesterday's brilliant animation.

Of course, some time talking about Japan and the USA has special meaning. Japanese animation based on comic to connect the whole industry, and the U.S.A comics industry is that the animation industry is more strong. Sustaining Japan or sustaining the USA implicit the trial of comics and animation. I have to say, China's cartoon industry is left undone and comic has no qualifications to do the basis of the industrial chain, the animation did not monopolize the public eye , the struggle to fight hasn¡¯t meaningful. National policy are the same to the animation and comic , who is able to develop faster in the industrial chain, who is initiative. Arguing can do nothing, also thinking about.
